This 20-hour in-person training with Rachel Land is designed for yoga teacher, movement teachers and dedicated students who want to better understand the role of fascia in the body, and how to safely integrate myofascial release into their teaching and personal practice.
Across three days, you’ll explore how targeted pressure, mindful movement, and breath can support tissue hydration, ease, and mobility – and how these practices can calm the nervous system and support long-term resilience.
You’ll leave with practical tools you can immediately share in class, in 1:1 settings, or weave into workshops and retreats.
The completion of all of the in-person hours plus and post training online test qualifies for 20 hours CE with Yoga Alliance or toward Yoga Medicine’s 500hr programme. -
