Spanda yoga retreat

Our next retreat takes us to Flow Ground in Ahangama, Sri Lanka — a 7-day, 6-night curated immersion into what we’re calling the Spanda Yoga Retreat.

In tantric philosophy, spanda refers to the subtle pulse of life — the constant vibration beneath stillness, the living rhythm of everything in motion. This retreat is an invitation to feel that pulse more clearly in your own body, your breath, and your experience of being alive.

Across the week, we’ll move with twice-daily yoga practices designed to attune you to this inner rhythm, supported by spacious time to rest, integrate, and simply be held by the natural world around you.

We can’t wait to head away on our next adventure with you!

  • Across the week, we’ll move with twice-daily yoga practices designed to attune you to this inner rhythm, supported by spacious time to rest, integrate, and simply be held by the natural world around you.

7 days and 6 nights accomodation at Flow Ground. All meals are included and grown directly on the property — seasonal, plant-based food designed to nourish deeply and simply.

Alongside daily practices, there will be optional surf workshops in the warm Indian Ocean waves (only 15minutes away), tea plantation visits through Sri Lanka’s lush highlands, Ayurvedic workshops rooted in traditional healing systems, and sound journeys designed to guide the nervous system into deep rest and receptivity.
