Rest is not something we need to earn. It is an essential part of how we restore, integrate and reconnect.
In a world that so often asks us to do more, move faster and keep going, Deep Rest offers an opportunity to explore the transformative practice of slowing down.
This 25-hour specialist training brings together the therapeutic principles of Restorative Yoga and the subtle, meditative practice of Yoga Nidra. Together, we'll explore how to create the conditions for deep relaxation, nervous system regulation and a more meaningful relationship with rest.
Through experiential practice, philosophy, anatomy and teaching methodology, you'll develop the skills and confidence to facilitate restorative practices that invite students out of constant doing and into the quiet intelligence of being.
Whether you're a yoga teacher wanting to expand your teaching toolkit or a dedicated practitioner wishing to deepen your own relationship with rest, this training is an invitation to soften, study and explore.

The invitation
Perhaps one of the most important things we can learn to teach is how to rest.
To create space without needing to fill it. To be present without needing to perform. To understand that sometimes the most meaningful practice is not doing more, but allowing ourselves to receive.
Welcome to Deep Rest.
